Secure Payment & Order Processing

All orders are securely processed through our merchant partner, ClickBank.

  • On your bank or credit card statement, the charge will appear as CLKBANK*COM or CLICKBANK.
  • If you are not the cardholder, please inform them to avoid confusion.
  • Any upgrades or additional products will show as separate charges.

Shipping Information

  • Continental U.S.: 5–7 business days
  • International Orders: 10–14 business days

Orders are shipped via UPS or FedEx, with final delivery in the U.S. handled by USPS. Most orders are dispatched the next business day. Orders placed Friday through Sunday will ship on Monday (excluding postal holidays).

You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your package leaves our fulfillment center.

Delivery Issues

  • If a package is refused or delivered to the wrong address, a refund will be issued minus shipping costs once it is returned to our warehouse.
  • If the carrier marks an order as delivered but it is lost or stolen afterward, customers must follow up directly with the carrier. For this reason, we strongly recommend providing a secure delivery address.

Returns & Refund Policy – Physical Products

We proudly offer a 180-day money-back guarantee on all physical orders.

To qualify for a full refund, you must return all bottles from your order (full, empty, or partially used), including any free or bonus bottles.

Return Instructions

Please include the following inside your return package:

  • ClickBank Order ID
  • Full Name & Shipping Address
  • Email Address & Phone Number
  • Original Packing Slip (if available)

  • Buyer is responsible for return shipping.
  • Returns must arrive within 180 days of purchase.
  • Refunds are processed back to your original payment method. Please allow 3–5 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

International Orders

  • International shipping fees ($30 per product) are non-refundable.
  • Customs duties or fees are the buyer’s responsibility.

All digital products are also covered by our 180-day no-questions-asked refund policy.
